摘要
职业院校公共基础课在深化职业教育教学改革和全面提高人才培养质量中有作不可替代作用,然而在现实中常常被边缘化。为了确保公共基础课程建设到位,将国家的政策和法规落到实处,需要做好三个方面工作:一是学院要建立相关制度,并完善相应的保障机制;二是按照《教育部关于深化职业教育教学改革,全面提高人才培养质量的若干意见》文件要求推进公共基础课程教育教学改革;三是要对公共基础课程建设和公共基础课程改革效果作出科学评价,特别要重视社会评价,以此来改进工作,实现提高人才培养质量的良性循环。
Public basic courses in Vocational College have made an irreplaceable role in deepening the reform of vocational educa-tion and teaching and improving the quality of personnel training. But it has often been marginalized in reality. In order to ensure the construction of public infrastructure programs in place, and national policies and regulations implemented, jobs on three aspects need to be done. Firstly, the relevant college system should be established, and the corresponding guarantee mechanism should be improved. Secondly, we should promote educational reform of public basic courses in accordance with requirements of documentation Several Opinions of the Ministry of Education on Further the Reform of Vocational Education Teaching to Improve the Quality of Tal-ent Training in an All-round Way. Thirdly, it is important to make a scientific evaluation to effect of the public basic courses con-struction and curriculum reform, with particular emphasis on the social evaluation, which will improve their work and the quality of personnel training, so as to achieve a virtuous circle.
