摘要
档案学亦即档案事业的本体是人类实践活动,人类实践活动决定了档案事业的"有"与"是",决定了它"为什么存在"与"怎样存在"。档案学本体论是社会实践本体论,由此导出了档案学乃至档案事业的根本原则——与人类实践活动的一致性。这种"一致性原则"具有统领意义,在档案事业的发生、存在方式、功能实现、历史发展、组织形态等各个方面都具有决定性影响和指导意义,档案工作基本原则是其集约性的具体体现。
The noumenon of archive science（i.e. archival undertaking） is human practice, which determines the existence, nature, reason and the existence way of archival undertaking, Archive science ontology is a social practice ontology. Based on this point, this paper deduced that the fundamental principle is the conformity of archive science（i.e. archival undertaking） and human practice. This ＂Conformity Principle＂has a decisive influence and guiding significance on the occurrence, the existence way, the function realization, the historical development, the organization form and other aspects of archival undertaking, and the basic principle of archival work is the very concrete reflection of its intensification.
