摘要
在分析现有测试系统以及可互换式虚拟仪器技术(IVI)的基础上,指出常规编程平台对于测试开发人员编程能力要求较高,工作量大等问题。针对这些问题,设计一个可进行图形化开发测试流程的平台。由于在平台内部将各个仪器进行模块化,结合IVI技术的可互换性,提高了测试流程的开发效率。测试开发人员只需要拖动选取平台提供的仪器功能模块,经连线组合就可以快速实现测试流程的开发。最后,通过举例证明该平台的有效性与便捷性。
Through discussing the characteristics of current test systems and Interchangeable Virtual Instruments(IVI)technology,this paper analyzes the problems of these systems,which has high programming requirements and large amount of work for testing programmer.For these problems,a graphical programming platform is designed in this paper.Since every kind of instruments has a single corresponding module in the platform and the platform uses IVI technology to achieve instrument interchangeability,the programming efficiency of the test procedure is improved highly.The user can finish one testing procedure by choosing the icon of the instrument and connecting the icons with lines simply.
