摘要
针对某型应答机自动测试系统多种功能需求,基于嵌入式多功能控制器OP7200的功能特性以及硬件结构,提出了采用OP7200构建便携式应答机自动测试系统,通过RS232、RS485接口与外围电路进行通信,通过AD采样接口采集识别信号的电压数据,通过操作键盘或触摸屏实现系统控制,使用OP7200的LCD显示屏实现人机交互界面,同时给出软件设计结构,分析各个软件模块的功能。结果表明:与传统的工控机、显示器、各类驱动模块组成的系统相比较,采用OP7200简化了系统整体软硬件设计,节约50%的开发成本,同时提高大约40%的开发效率,具有很好的应用前景。
Aiming at the function requirements of the transponder automated testing system, the new design that constructs the portable transponder automated testing system based on embedded muhifunctional controller OP7200 was proposed, which communicated with other circuitries by RS232 interface and RS485 interface,used the AD interface to acquire the voltage data for the identifying signal,operated the keyboard or the touched-screen to control the testing process,and designed the testing interface on the LCD screen of the OP7200. The software structure was designed and the functions of the software modules were analyzed. Comparing with the system composed of the industrial computer, discrete display screen, each kind of driving modules, the results show that the OP7200 system saves the development cost about 50% ,improves the design efficiency about 40%, and has good application foreground.
