摘要
目的：探讨滴虫性阴道炎的最佳实验室检验方法,为临床诊断提供帮助。方法：选取80例来本院就诊的滴虫性阴道炎患者,分为两组,分别为实验组和对照组。实验组患者采用悬液法进行检查,对照组采用传统培养法。两组患者年龄跨度16-50岁,全部为女性。结果：采用悬液法检查的实验组患者检查时间平均为（1.53±0.04）小时,采用传统培养法的对照组患者检查时间平均为（57.36±7.19）小时。实验组比对照组所需时间短,有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。实验组的检出率是90.00%,明显高于对照组的检出率67.50%,有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：在临床诊断滴虫性阴道炎过程中,悬液法是最直接快速和准确的诊断方法。
Objective： To investigate the best method of laboratory trichomonas vaginitis testing, in order to provide helps for clinical diagnosis.Methods：Divided 80 trichomonas vaginitis patients who were carefully selected into two groups, experimental group and control group.The patients in experimental group were tested by suspension method,and the patients in the control group were tested by traditional culture method. Two groups were consisted by women whose age span 16-50 years old.Results：The average times that be spent to exam the patients in experimental group by suspension method is（1.53±0.04） hours,and the average times that be spent to exam the patients in control group by traditional culture method is（57.36±7.19） hours.The time used by experimental group is less than that by control group,so it has statistical significance（P〈0.05）.The detection rate of experimental group is 90.00% which is significantly higher than that of control group whose rate is 67.5%,so it has statistical significance either（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：In the process of clinical diagnosis of trichomonas vaginitis,suspension method is the most rapid,direct and accurate diagnostic method which is worth to promote.
