摘要
高频部分电路由于分布电容和引线电感的存在,可以引起寄生反馈,使得发射机高频电路产生寄生振荡。寄生振荡会产生寄生调制,轻则干扰飞机上的电子设备;重则可能使功放级输出功率下降,板耗增加;严重时,还可能烧坏功放管。分析了CT-3超短波电台发射机的寄生振荡(自激)故障,以期为设备维护提供一定的参考。
The high frequency part of the circuit, due to the presence of distributed capacitance and lead inductance, can cause parasitic feedback, which makes the transmitter frequency circuit produce parasitic oscillation. Parasitic oscillation will produce spurious modulation light interfere with aircraft electronic equipment. It can decrease the power amplifier output power, plate consumption increased; serious, may also burn power amplifier tube. This paper analyzes the CT-3 VHF radio transmitter parasitic oscillation(self-excitation)fault, in order to equipment maintenance to provide certain reference.
