摘要 借助频域傅里叶分析的方法 ,对传统PMOS结构LDO系统的稳定性进行了仿真建模方法研究,阐述了引起环路不稳定的因素及其影响机制。结合一例LDO自激振荡故障的分析,指出故障发生的原因和相应的处理措施。 Using the method of Fouries analysis in frequency domain, this paper studied the stability of low dropout linear regulator with PMOS structure by modeling methods and illustrated the cause and influence mechanism of loop instability. An issue of ldo is taken for example, and the cause of issue and corresponding solution are investigated in paper.
