摘要 10-羟基-a-癸烯酸(10-HDA)是蜂王浆中的标志性物质,约占蜂王浆总质量的1.4%~2.3%.由于王浆酸具有增强免疫力、降血脂、抗辐射等多重功效,近年来,它已成为衡量蜂王浆食用价值的重要指标。因此,选取了湖北、安徽等地蜂群生产的15个蜂王浆样品,拟通过测定蜂王浆中10-HDA的含量及其酸度、蛋白质、总糖、水分、灰分,以探析蜂王浆中各组分之间的关系。 10-hydroxy-a-decanoic acid(10-HAD) is a symbol of royal jelly substance, accounting for 1.4% to 2.3% of the total mass of jelly. Due to royal jelly acid with enhanced immunity, reducing blood lipid, anti-radiation, such as multiple functions, in recent years, it has become an important indicator to measure the food value of royal jelly. Therefore, 15 royal jelly samples of Hubei, Anhui and other places have been selected to determine the content of 10-HDA in royal jelly and its acidity, protein, total sugar, water and ash.
