摘要
将新鲜王浆经过180目滤网过滤,滤液再逐步经过0.5μm、0.1μm和0.05μm的无机陶瓷膜过滤,分别得到了5种蜂王浆活性组分,测定新鲜蜂王浆及蜂王浆各组分的癸烯酸和氨基酸含量。将昆明小鼠随机分成新鲜蜂王浆组、蜂王浆各组分组及对照组。每日灌胃,连续30 d后,测定小鼠负重游泳时间,探讨蜂王浆各组分对体力疲劳的缓解作用。结果表明:180目滤网能过滤新鲜王浆中的绝大部分癸烯酸;蜂王浆及各活性组分均含有丰富的氨基酸;新鲜蜂王浆、经180目滤网过滤和再经0.5μm无机陶瓷膜过滤的蜂王浆组分均有缓解体力疲劳的作用。
The fresh royal jelly was filtered with 180 meshes, then filtered by inorganic membranes with size of 0.5 μm,0.1μm and 0. 05μm,5 groups of different components of royal jelly were got,and the content of amino acids was determined. Kunming mice were randomly divided into group of fresh royal jelly, groups of different active components of royal jelly and the control group. The mice were fed for 30 d, the loaded - swimruing time was measured to discuss the anti - fatigue effect of active components of royal jelly on mice. The resuits showed that most of 10 - HDA in fresh royal jelly was filtered by 180 meshes;royal jelly and active components are full of amino acids;fresh royal jelly, royal jelly filtered with 180 meshes and filtered with inorganic membranes with size of 0.5 μm can alleviate physical fatigue in mice.
