摘要
房地产企业通常采用多项目并行开发的管理模式来增加企业利润,对企业的采购管理提出了很高的要求,因此,房地产企业需要一种能适应企业多项目开发模式的采购管理方法。本文通过对南昌V公司的分析,了解公司现行的采购管理方法的不足,找到问题的原因,提出优化混合采购方式、强化供应商管理方法、改进项目采购流程三步措施,在一定程度上提高了公司的采购效率,降低公司采购成本,使公司在激烈的市场竞争中能做到成本领先,实现公司的盈利目标。
Real estate companies usually use the multi project management mode to increase profits, so high requirements are needed for purchase management. Therefore, real estate enterprises need a procurement management method which can adapt to the multi-project development mode. Through the analysis of Nanchang V company,the paper finds out deficiencies of current purchasing management method in the company and the cause of problems. On this basis, the paper puts forward a three-step method to optimize the hybrid purchasing mode,strengthen the supplier management method and improve the project procurement process. In a certain extent, the method can help improve the company's procurement efficiency and reduce the cost of procurement, so as to achieve the company's profit target in the fierce market competition.
