摘要
并行工程(CE)是集成地、并行地设计产品及相关过程的系统化方法.它通过组成多学科产品开发队伍、改进产品开发流程。利用各种计算机辅助工具等手段,使产品开发的早期阶段能及早考虑下游的各种因素,作出正确的决策,达到缩短产品开发周期、提高产品质量、降低产品成本,从而增强企业竞争能力的目标.文中分析了CE的本质特点,指出CE是组织模式改革-用户需求定义-环境建设-产品开发新技术应用等四个要素的综合平衡,而且必须经过信息集成-过程集成-自动决策支持三个台阶.进而简要介绍几种典型的方法和技术,并分析了CE在国外的应用状况.最后,总结了企业实施CE的阶段演进策略,为我国全面开展CE的研究、开发与应用提供理论背景和几点建议.
Concurrent Engineering (CE) is a systematic approach for product life cycle integration based on the information integration of CIMS. It shortens product leadtime, improves product quality and reduces product cost through organizing multidiscipline product development team, re-engineering product development process and adopting CE oriented computer tools. This paper analyses the essential features and the typical methodology and technology of CE. It points out that CE should balance the four aspects of reforming product development team, defining customer requirements, building development environment, and applying new technology in product development process. Also, automated CE should pass three stages of information integration, process integration and automated decision support. Finally, some examples of CE implementation are introduced and the practical implement action of CE in enterprises is discussed.
