摘要
根据线粒体COI基因序列对辽东湾附近海域的镰鲳(Pampus echinogaster)群体(n=28)的遗传多样性进行了研究。在COI序列中,共检测到17个多态性核苷酸位点,定义了12种单倍型,其核苷酸多态度和单倍型多态度都较低(H=0.49±0.12,π=0.16±0.12%)。与黄海、东海的群体相比,辽东湾镰鲳群体的遗传多样性水平较低。利用GenBank数据库中已有的COI同源序列,系统分析和分子变异分析(AMOVA)的结果都表明来自辽东湾的镰鲳个体和东海、南海个体间存在较小但明显的遗传分化。研究结果表明:中国近海的镰鲳尤其是相距较远的群体在其分布范围内可能存在遗传分化现象。
Genetic diversity of Pampus echinogaster was examined using sequences of partial mitochondrial cytochrome oxidase I(COI)gene of 28 individuals collected from Liaodong Bay.A total of 17 polymorphic nucleotide sites were detected,which defined 12 haplotypes.The variation level was low as H was 0.49±0.12and πwas 0.0016±0.0012.Compared with the individuals collected from other positions in Yellow Sea and East China Sea,the genetic diversity of Liaodong Bay was low.With the aid of the homologous sequences retrieved from GenBank,both phylogenetic and molecular variance analysis supported a weak differentiation among Liaodong Bay and East and South China Sea populations.
