斜带髭鲷仔、稚鱼的摄食与生长特性 被引量:11

摘要 1999年11月至2000年1月,在集美大学水产学院海水育苗试验场,对人工培育的斜带髭鲷进行了早期发育阶段的摄食和生长特性分析.结果表明,水温在20~21℃时,斜带髭鲷仔鱼约经75~80h开口摄食,开口饵料为小型皱褶臂尾轮虫,以后随着鱼体的生长,摄食桡足类无节幼体、卤虫无节幼体和小型枝角类的比例逐渐增加.对245尾仔、稚鱼观察结果,其摄食率达91 9%;胃饱满系数波动于5 12%~29 23%.摄食具有明显的昼夜节律,上午08:00和下午16:00为两个摄食高峰.摄食量与体重关系式为y=0 1132x-0 001;全长与日龄关系式为Lt=0 0851D+2 5260;体重与日龄的回归方程为W=0 1192e0 0793D;全长与体重的回归方程为W=0 0036Lt3 6832. The ecological method was adopted to study the feeding habits and the growth of larval and juvenile Hapalogenys nitens during November 1999 to January 2000. The larvae and juveniles were reared at water temperature of 21.1~15.0 ℃. The result shows that the larva began to feed about 75~85 h from hatching at temperature of 20~21 ℃.The initial diet is small Brachionus.With the growth of larval and juvenile Hapalogenys nitens,the proportion of nauplins larvae of copepods , nauplins larvae of Artemia and small Cladocera fed by fish increased gradually.Based on the determination of 245 individuals ,the percentage of stomach with food is 91.9% and the plump coefficient of stomach is 5.12%~29.23%. Rhythm of feeding intensity is obviously different during the day and night,the higher feeding intensity is at 08:00 a.m. and 16:00 p.m.The relationship between the feeding amount and body weight is expressed as y=0.113 2x-0.001, that between total length and day age can be expressed as L_t =0.085 1D+2.526 0, that of the body weight and day age an be expressed as W=(0.119 2)·e^(0.079 3D), and that of the total length and body weight is calculated to be W=0.003 6L_t^(3.683 2).
