摘要
针对压铸设备运行状态信息难以实时获取和生产过程管控力度薄弱等问题,结合套接字(socket)通信机制对压铸设备运行过程实时数据采集技术和数据处理技术进行了研究,构建了压铸设备实时监控系统的体系结构和功能结构,并基于Java语言设计和开发了一套压铸设备实时监控系统。该系统已成功应用于某企业压铸车间的生产现场,并取得了良好的效果。
For die casting equipment running status information is hard to real time collect, production process control is weak, combined with the socket communication mechanism, die casting equipment running real time data acquisition and data processing technology was studied. The structure and function of die casting equipment real time monitoring system was constructed. Design and develop a die casting equipment real time monitoring system based on Java. The system has been successfully applied to the production of an enterprise die casting workshop, and achieved good results.
