摘要 基于ADAMS平台,运用柔性体多体动力学理论,对大型压铸设备合模机构的合模过程进行了动力学仿真分析,在仿真平台中用柔性体代替刚性体。动态地了解了合模机构合模过程各部件的应力变化情况,得到了主要受力部件尾板和十字头在合模终止时刻的应力云图,分析了尾板和十字头上应力最大的节点处应力变化情况。仿真结果表明,运用柔性体仿真相对于刚性体仿真更能符合实际情况。在进行合模机构设计时,不光要考虑合模终止时刻,还要考虑整个合模过程。 It dynamically simulates the clamping mechanism of the large die-casting equipment in the process of the closing mould based on the ADAMS with the theory of flexible multi-body dynamics, and replaces the rigid body with the flexible body in the simulation platform. Dynamically knows the stress change of the various components of the clamping mechanism in the process of the closing mould, gets the stress contour of the main component clamping moulding board and crosshead at the termination of the clamping, analyzing the stress change of the nodes in the crosshead and clamping moulding board which have the large stress. The results show that comparing to the rigid body simulation, it is more reasonolole to use the flexible body, and when designing the clamping mechanism, it should not only consider the termination of the clamping but also the total of the clamping process.
