摘要
传统的花纹加工方法是滚花,但因其具有局限性,很难满足更高的生产要求,因此,提出一种精度更高、应用范围更广的花纹加工方法——基于数控C轴技术的花纹车削工艺。以菱形纹的数控车削加工为例,首先建立零件的车削圆柱加工模型;然后依据零件花纹的结构特征,利用C轴技术建立圆柱插补模型,开发基于数控C轴技术的宏程序语句;最后设计一套该工艺的辅助装置,以实现零件的装夹定位和花纹车削加工。
The traditional method of patterns processing is knurling. But there are some limitations of knurling so that many production requirements can not be met. A new turning processing method for patterns based on CNC was put forward. NC lathe machining process of diamond pattern was took as an example. At first, a cylinder model of the turning was established. Then according to the structural characteristics of the pattern, a interpolation model was set up. By use of NC C-axis technology, The NC macro program was programmed. Finally, a process equipment in the lathe was designed for fixing and turning of the part.
