随着数控技术的高速发展,尤其是数控车削中心的出现,对编程人员的要求也越来越高。掌握车铣手工编程技术对使用多轴机床有很大的帮助。本文介绍数控车削中心的类型和加工特点,和使用C轴功能加工六角形零件、C轴功能钻孔加工方法。
With the rapid development of CNC technology,and the appear of CNC-turning center,on the engineering requirements are also getting higher and higher.Master manual programming technology will help using multi axis machine tools.This paper introduces the CNC-turning center type and processing characteristics,the methods of processing hexagonal parts and drilling by using the C-axis.
