摘要
运用虚拟样机技术,建立双横臂前悬架虚拟样机模型。通过虚拟仿真,得到前轮定位参数,揭示其运动学规律;通过修改模型硬点坐标,优化前悬架性能使其达到使用要求。基于ADAMS/Car软件建立整车仿真模型;依据我国现行整车操纵稳定性试验国家标准,对整车虚拟样机进行了稳态回转、转向回正、转向轻便性、蛇行、转向盘转角阶跃输入以及转角脉冲输入试验,并对该车操纵稳定性各性能指标进行了评价。研究结果对汽车操纵稳定性实车试验具有一定的参考意义。
The virtual protitype model of double wishbone suspension is built using virtual protitype technique. The front wheel alignment parameters are obtained and the kinematic behaviors are revealed through simulations. By modifying the model of hard- point, the performance of front suspension is improved. The full-car model is built based on ADAMS/Car. According to the nation- al standard of vehicle handling stability, Some test cases including steady static circular test, returnability test, steering efforts test, pylon course slalom, steering wheel angle step input and steering wheel angle pulse input test are carried out. The performance index of automobile controllability and stability are evaluated. The results provide a reference to the real vehicle test of controlla- bility and stability
