摘要
应用BIM技术对长春地铁自由大路车站工程进行了3D可视化建模、搭建施工协调平台,并对PBA工法进行了施工虚拟仿真。通过3D可视化建模,分析车站周围的风险源,有效的避免施工过程对既有管线及地表建筑产生的不必要影响;通过虚拟施工协调平台进行沟通和信息的共享,很大程度上减少了各专业因协调不到位而产生的各种问题;通过对该工程进行施工虚拟仿真,选择出了合理的施工步序,简洁直观地展现了工艺流程。通过BIM技术对PBA法施工方案进行动态可视化的描述,有效地解决了PBA工法常见的作业空间狭窄、各专业协调困难等问题,使得PBA工法可以在复杂施工环境中得以推广。
BIM technology in Freedom Road Station of Changchun Subway was used to establish the 3D visualization modeling,build construction coordination platform and conduct the virtual simulation for the PBA in this paper. Using the 3D visualization modeling analyses the surrounding sources of risk around the station to avoid unnecessary impact of the construction process on the existing pipelines and surface construction. Puilding a virtual construction coordination platform not only helps to communicate and share information but also give a hand in reducing all kinds of problems produced due to the poor coordination between the various professionals. Besides,conducting visual simulation of the project assists to select a reasonable construction steps. BIM technology is applied to describe the arrangement and method statement,the problem of insufficient space,professional coordination difficulties was solved effectively,therefore the PBA could be spread in the complex construction environment.
