摘要
针对沈阳亿丰地下不夜城项目,在探讨了商业业态规划基础上,提出对地下空间的建设要求;并在设计中,运用建筑设计元素-下沉广场、下沉庭院等,打造成一个特有的地下步行街与露天中庭相结合的"谷"形空间体系。设计结合自然,贯穿商业谷始终的大开洞将自然的光、气、声、景引入并融入地下空间之中,实现了"与自然共存、地下建筑地面化"的理念。不夜城地下商业开发将室内购物的舒适性与室外的城市氛围结合起来,给人们的生活带来欢乐、提升了城市空间品质,这对今后国内其他地区交通聚集区域地下商业空间开发利用具有重要示意范意义。
Based on Shenyang Yifeng sleepless City,with application of architectural design elements including sunken square and sunken courtyard,a unique'valley-shaped'space system was formed featuring the combination of underground pedestrian street and open-air atrium.Naturally designed large openings across the business valley introduce and integrate natural light,air,sound and scenery into underground space,thus realizing the concept of'coexistence with Nature and integration of ground condition into underground building'.Underground commercial development in the sleepless City combines the comfort of indoor shopping with outdoor urban atmosphere,which brings joy to people's living and boosts the quality of urban space.This also provides useful reference for the development and utilization of underground commercial space in urban traffic hubs in other domestic cities in the future.
