摘要
目的探讨康惠尔透明贴防治中心静脉导管(PICC)致机械性静脉炎患者的效果。方法将300例应用PICC患者完全随机分为观察组与对照组,各150例。对照组患者给予硫酸镁湿敷治疗,观察组患者给予康惠尔透明贴治疗,比较两组患者机械性静脉炎的发生及治疗情况。结果观察组患者机械性静脉炎发生率及≥3级发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的治疗有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论康惠尔透明贴可有效降低PICC致机械性静脉炎的发生率,提高治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the effects of comfeel transparent dressing on prevention of mechanical phlebitis caused by peripherally inserted central catheter.Methods 300 patients with peripherally inserted central catheter were randomly divided into observation group and control group,150 cases each.The control group patients were given magnesium sulfate wet compress,the observation group patients were given comfeel transparent dressing. The occurrence and treatment of mechanical phlebitis were compared between two groups.Results The incidence of mechanical phlebitis and the incidence of grade ≥3 in the observation group patients were obviously lower than those in control group（P〈0.05）.The treatment efficiency of the observation group patients was obviously higher than that in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The comfeel transparent dressing can effectively reduce the incidence of mechanical phlebitis caused by peripherally inserted central catheter and improve the treatment effects.
