摘要
目的探讨硫酸镁湿热敷联合康惠尔透明贴治疗小儿静脉渗漏的效果。方法将68例住院患儿按静脉渗漏的先后顺序分为实验组和对照组,每组各34例,对照组给予50%硫酸镁湿热敷和一般常规护理,实验组在此基础上联合使用康惠尔透明贴,观察比较2组患儿24h后的疗效。结果实验组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论硫酸镁湿热敷联合康惠尔透明贴可有效治疗小儿静脉渗漏,切实减轻患儿痛苦。
Objective To explore the effect of magnesium sulfate wet compress and comfeel transparent dressing therapy in pediatric venous leakage.Methods 68 pediatric venous leakage children were randomly divided into control group and intervention group,each group had 34 children.The routine nursing methods and magnesium sulfate wet compress were given to the two groups;and comfeel transparent dressing therapy were given to the children of intervention group.24 hours later,compare the effect between the two groups.Results The curative effect of the intervention group was better than that of the control group （P 〈0.01 ）.Conclusion Magnesium sulfate wet compress and comfeel transparent dressing therapy can effectively treat pediatric venous leakage and alleviatethe pain of children.
