摘要
文章首先从我国特殊教育自身的发展、特殊教育期刊的生存与发展及期刊的外部评价三方面分析了稿源优化的必要性。进而从刊物自身原因;优惠政策缺乏;"泡沫稿源"负效应;我国特殊教育的发展滞后;有些特殊教育期刊编辑的素质和科研能力有待提高等方面探讨了影响特殊教育期刊稿源的因素。最后根据实际情况提出了详实的优化稿源的策略。以期有针对性地解决此类问题,促进特殊教育期刊的健康持续发展。
Firstly,the essay analyzes the necessity of optimizing the article sources from three aspects： the development of the Chinese special education,the survival and development of it and external evaluation on the journals. It also analyzes the influencing factors on the quality of article sources from the publications themselves,the lack of preferential policies,negative effects of ＂bubble sources＂,backwardness of the development on special education in China,Finally,the essay provides the optimization strategies for the article sources for the healthy and sustainable development of the journals of special education.
