摘要
优化稿源是编辑主体根据期刊的现有状况(稿源情况、作者群、受众面、社会影响、编辑的学术积累等)确定选题,并在选题原则的指导下通过编辑的主观努力和期刊的示范作用对来稿进行积极的干预、引导,使稿源朝着质优、面广、量增的趋势发展,进而提高期刊的整体质量。优化稿源是期刊自身发展的需要,是应对外部评价机制的需要,是应对同业竞争的需要。稿源的优化效应表现为晶核效应,可持续发展效应,筛选效应。稿源优化的策略是精选生长点,稿源的优化与提高期刊的整体质量相结合,坚持办刊风格的连续性。
Optimizing the manuscript source is that editors decide on the selection of the subjects, and actively intervene and lead the manuscripts under guidance of the principle of selection by the editors＇ subjective efforts and the model function of the periodicals, so as to make the manuscripts trend towards the development of good quality, wide range and large number and to improve the quality of the periodicals in whole. Optimizing the manuscript source is the need of the periodicals themselves, the need of the answering the challenge from the outside evaluative mechanism and the need of dealing the competition from the same trade. The effect of the optimizing the manuscript source is showed in the effect of the core of crystal, the effect of continuous development and the effect of selection. The tactics of optimizing the manuscript source is elaborately selecting birth-place of the manuscripts, combining the optimizing of the manuscript source with the improving of the quality of the periodicals in whole and sticking to the continuous style of the managing the periodicals.
