摘要
目的优选中药丸剂的干燥设备。方法用微波干燥、热风循环烘箱和微波真空干燥3种设备分别干燥香砂六君丸、杞菊地黄丸和补肾填精丸,根据干燥时间、干燥后的水分和有效成分变化情况优选最佳干燥设备。结果微波真空干燥的干燥时间相对较短,且能够保证有效成分损失最少。结论本实验结果可作为中药丸剂干燥设备选择的工艺依据。
OBJECTIVE To optimize the drying equipment of Chinese medicine pills. METHODS Microwave drying,hot air circulation oven and microwave vacuum drying equipment were respectively dried Xiangsha Liujun pills,Qiju Dihuang pills and Bushen Tianjing pills. The best drying equipment was selected according to the drying time and drying the moisture and the changes of effective component. RESULTS The drying time of microwave vacuum is relatively short,and can guarantee the least loss of active ingredients.CONCLUSION The results can be used as the basis for technology of traditional Chinese medicine pill drying equipment selection.
