摘要
目的通过检测CD117和CD44在卵巢浆液性肿瘤中的表达,分析2种蛋白与卵巢浆液性肿瘤临床病理学特征的关系以及2种蛋白之间的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学法,检测卵巢浆液性囊腺癌、交界性卵巢浆液性囊腺瘤、正常卵巢组织中CD117、CD44的表达。分析CD117、CD44与卵巢浆液性囊腺癌临床病理特征之间的关系,并分析2种蛋白表达的相关性。结果卵巢浆液性囊腺癌的CD117蛋白阳性率高于交界性卵巢浆液性囊腺瘤组织和正常卵巢组织（P〈0.05）,卵巢浆液性囊腺癌的CD44表达阳性率高于正常卵巢组织（P〈0.05）。年龄≥55岁卵巢浆液性囊腺癌患者CD117阳性表达率高于〈55岁（P〈0.05）;高级别病理分级CD177阳性表达率高于低级别病理分级（P〈0.01）;有淋巴结转移CD177阳性表达率高于无淋巴结转移（P〈0.01）;FIGO分期Ⅲ～Ⅳ期CD177阳性表达率高于FIGO分期Ⅰ～Ⅱ期（P〈0.01）。高级别病理分级CD44阳性表达率高于低级别病理分级（P〈0.05）;有淋巴结转移者CD44阳性表达率高于无淋巴结转移（P〈0.01）;FIGO分期Ⅲ～Ⅳ期CD44阳性表达率高于FIGO分期Ⅰ～Ⅱ期（P〈0.01）。CD117表达与CD44表达呈正相关（rs=0.421,P=0.004）。结论 CD117和CD44高表达与卵巢浆液性囊腺癌的病理分级、淋巴结转移、FIGO分期有关。CD117和CD44可能在卵巢浆液性囊腺癌的发生、发展及淋巴结转移过程中发挥作用。
Objective To investigate the expression of CD117 and CD44in serous ovarian tumor,analyze the relationship of two proteins with pathological features of the disease and their correlation.Methods The expression of CD117 and CD44 were respectively studied in serous ovarian carcinoma,serous ovarian borderline tumor and normal ovarian tissue with ElivisionTMplus two-step.The experimental data were analyzed with Chi-square test,and the correlation of CD117 and CD44was evaluated with Spearman rank correlation coefficient test.All statistical analyses were performed using SPSS17.0software.Results Positive expression rate of CD117 protein in serous ovarian cystadenocarcinoma was higher than that of borderline tumor of ovarian serous cystic adenoma and normal ovarian tissue（P〈0.05）,and positive expression rate of CD44 protein in serous ovarian cystadenocarcinoma was higher than that of normal ovarian tissue（P〈0.05）.The expression of CD117 in serous ovarian cystadenocarcinoma was higher in 55 years old or more than〈 55 years old（P〈0.05）;CD177 positive expression rate of high pathological grade was higher than that of low pathological grade（P〈0.01）.CD177 positive expression rate was higher in with lymph node metastasis than without lymph node metastasis（P〈0.01）;CD177positive expression rate was higher in FIGO stage Ⅲ- Ⅳ than FIGO stageⅠ-Ⅱ（P〈0.01）.The expression of CD44 was higher in high pathological grade than low pathological grade（P〈0.05）.CD44 positive expression rate was higher in with lymph node metastasis than without lymph node metastasis（P〈0.01）.CD44 positive expression rate was higher in FIGO stage Ⅲ- Ⅳ than FIGO stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ（P〈0.01）.CD117 expression correlated positive with CD44（rs=0.421,P=0.004）.Conclusion CD117 and CD44 high expression correlate with the pathologic stage,lymph node metastasis,FIGO staging.CD117 and CD44may involve in the occurrence,development and lymph node metastasis of the tumor.
