摘要
目的探讨闭合复位带锁髓内钉结合负压封闭引流（vacuum sealing drainage,VSD）治疗开放性胫骨骨折的效果。方法应用闭合复位带锁髓内钉结合VSD治疗开放性胫骨骨折34例。结果 34例全部获得随访,经术后随访9～18个月,平均（13.6±0.5）个月,伤口均愈合良好,未出现感染,骨折全部愈合,愈合时间6～18个月,平均（11.7±0.6）个月。按Johner-Wruhs评分标准,优25例,良6例,可3例,差0例,优良率为91.2%。结论闭合复位带锁髓内钉结合VSD是治疗开放性胫骨骨折的理想方法。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of closed reduction and interlocking intramedullary nail combined with vacuum sealing drainage（VSD）in open tibial fracture treatment.Methods The closed reduction and interlocking intramedullary nail combined with VSD was used for the treatment of 34 patients with open tibial fractures.Results A total of 34 cases were followed up for 9-18 months after operation with an average of（13.6±0.5）months,the wounds healed well,no infection,all fracture healed in 6-18 months,the average healing time was（11.7±0.6）months.According to Johner-Wruhs score,the excellent effect was found in 25 cases,the good in 6cases,the fair in 3cases and the poor in 0case,the excellent and good rate amounted for 91.2%.Conclusion Closed reduction and interlocking intramedullary nail combined with VSD is an ideal method for the treatment of open tibia fractures.
