微创经皮钢板治疗胫骨骨折的临床研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究微创经皮钢板治疗胫骨骨折的疗效。方法将80例胫骨骨折患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组40例,对照组采用交锁髓内钉内固定术,治疗组采用微创经皮钢板固定术,比较两组患者的手术时间、住院时间、骨折愈合时间及术后并发症的发生情况。结果治疗组患者的手术时间、住院时间及骨折愈合时间均少于对照组,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05);治疗组术后出现4例并发症,所占百分比为10.0%;对照组术后出现5例并发症,所占百分比为12.5%,两组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论微创经皮钢板固定术治疗胫骨骨折较交锁髓内钉内固定治疗术,具有手术及住院时间短和愈合快等优点,其临床综合优势较高。 [Objective] To investigate the clinical effects of minimally invasive percutaneous plate fixation for the treatment of comminuted tihial fractures. [Methods] 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups: control group and treatment group, 40 patients each. Control group received intramedullary nail t'marion, while treatment group received minimal.ly invasive percutaneous plate fixation. Operation time, hospital stay, fracture healing time and postoperative complications were observed and compared in patients of the two groups. [Results-] The operation time, hospitalization time and healing time were less than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈0.05); 4 cases in the treatment group and 5 cases in the control group had complications, with complicat.ions occurrence percentage at 10.0% and 12.5% each. Statistical results showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups (P 〉0.05). [Conclusion] Compared with intramedullary nail fixation, minimally invasire percutaneous plate fixation is an effective treatment for comminuted tibial fractures, with advantages of short surgery and hospitalization time, fast healing, and which could effectively alleviate the suffering of patients.
