摘要
"十三五"时期是我国生态文明建设、经济发展绿色转型的关键时期。文章分析"十三五"时期中国经济发展绿色化的国内外背景以及面临的主要挑战,提出"十三五"中国经济发展绿色化对策:应推进生产方式绿色化;建设绿色化社会价值观,倡导消费方式绿色化;实施新型城镇化背景下的绿色城镇建设;采取市场化手段推动经济发展绿色化;建立科学的绿色经济考核、评价体系。
The thirteenth five-year period is the key stage of accelerating the construction of ecological civilization and the green development of economy in China. This paper analyzes the background and challenges of China to develop green economy, and then puts forward the policy suggestions： to promote the green productive way; to construct green social value view, to advocate green consumption; to implementation green new urbanization; to promote green economic development by marketization; to establish scientific green economic evaluation system.
