摘要
目的分析北京市健康体检人群体质指数(BMI)与血脂、血压、血糖及脂肪肝的关系。方法对2008年1月至2012年12月在北京市体检中心参加健康体检的245 755例健康体检者的BMI、血脂、血压、血糖和脂肪肝资料进行统计,按BMI不同值分为4组:体质量过低组(BMI<18.5 kg/m2)、体质量正常组(18.5 kg/m2≤BMI<24.0 kg/m2)、超重组(24.0 kg/m2≤BMI<28.0 kg/m2)和肥胖组(BMI≥28.0 kg/m2),比较不同年龄段各组血脂、血压、血糖和脂肪肝情况,分析体质量分布状况及与血脂、血压、血糖和脂肪肝等的相互关系。结果不同年龄段组的异常检出率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),体质量过低组、超重组、肥胖组的血脂异常、血压增高、血糖升高和脂肪肝检出率与体质量正常组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相关分析显示,男性的血脂异常、血压增高、血糖升高、脂肪肝与BMI呈正相关(r=0.668,0.743,0.732,0.657,P<0.05),女性的血脂异常与BMI没有相关性(r=0.377,P>0.05)。结论北京市健康体检人群血脂异常、血压增高、血糖升高、脂肪肝检出率较高,其中BMI是此类代谢性相关疾病较理想的预警指标,以有利于疾病的早期发现与诊治。
Objective To investigate the relationship between body mass index(BMI) and blood lipids, blood pressure, blood sugar of routine health check-up population in Beijing. Methods From Jan. 2008 to Dec. 2012 data of BMI, blood lipids,blood pressure, blood glucose and fatty liver of 245 755 eases of healthy check-up in Beijing medical center were statistically analyzed. The cases were divided into four groups:the underweight group ( BMI 〈 18.5 kg/m2 ), the normal group ( 18.5 kg/m2 ≤ BMI 〈 24. 0 kg/m2 ) ; the over- weight group(24. 0 kg/m2 BMI 〈 28. 0 kg/m2 ) ;the obesity group( BMI ≥28.0 kg/m2 ). The levels of lipid, blood pressure, blood glucose and fatty liver of different age groups were compared. The relationship between BMI and lipid, blood pressure, blood glucose, and fatty liver was analyzed. Results There was significant difference on the anomaly detection rate in different age groups ( P 〈 0. 05 ), the anomaly detection rate of dyslipidemia, increased blood pressure, blood sugar and fatty liver in the underweight group, overweight group, the obesity group had statistically significant difference from the normal group(P 〈 0. 05 ). Correlation analysis showed that there was positive correlation between the male dyslipidemla, increased blood pressure and blood sugar,fatty liver and BMI( r = 0. 668,0. 743,0. 732,0. 657 ,P 〈 0. 05 ), but no correlation between the female dyslipidemia and BMI(r = 0. 377,P 〉 0. 05 ). Condusion The high anomaly detection rate has appeared on dyslipidemia,increased blood pressure, elevated blood sugar and fatty liver in Beijing citizens, BMI is an ideal warning indicator of such metabolic diseases, which is helpful for the early diagnosis and treatment.
