知觉负荷对自我面孔注意捕获的影响

摘要 自我相关的刺激一般被认为更易捕获注意。以往的一些研究发现,面孔刺激作为干扰刺激时更易对当前任务产生干扰。然而,以往关于自我面孔是否具有注意捕获优势的研究结果并不完全一致。本研究通过两项实验考察了知觉负荷对自我面孔注意捕获的影响。结果发现:(1)在负荷较低的相关任务中,与陌生面孔相比,自我面孔表现出显著的注意捕获优势;(2)在注意捕获能力上,自我面孔与熟悉面孔不存在显著差异,提示自我面孔优势的产生可能源于熟悉效应;(3)在负荷较高的相关任务中,自我面孔注意捕获优势消失,表明知觉负荷是影响自我面孔注意捕获的重要因素。 Self-reference stimuli have been described as partic- ularly prone to grab attention by comparison with other stimuli. Some studies showed that the distrac- tive power of human faces seemed to be very strong. However, researches on the attention property of self- faces yielded contradictory results. In the present study, two experiments were conducted to examine the effect of perception load on self-face attention capture. Results showed that: ( 1 ) Self-face stimuli showed stronger attention-grabbing capability thanstranger-face stimuli in the low perception load situa- tion;(2) There was no difference of attention-grab- bing capability between self-face and friend-face stimuli,which attributed the self-face advantage to a familiarity effect, (3) Self-faces advantage disap- peared in the high perception load situations, which confirmed the influence of perception load on self- face attention capture.
