摘要
目的了解常德市健康人群麻疹抗体水平,评价人群麻疹疫苗免疫状况,为制定免疫策略和防治措施提供科学依据。方法采用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法,对随机抽取的常德市健康人群共1100人血清进行麻疹Ig G抗体检测。结果 2014年常德市健康人群麻疹抗体阳性率为85.82%,几何平均滴度(Geometric Mean Concentration,GMC)为843.48毫国际单位/毫升(m IU/m L)。不同年龄组间麻疹抗体阳性率、GMC差异均有统计学意义(χ2=361.17,F=18.57;P均〈0.05)。男女性别麻疹抗体阳性率、GMC差异无统计学意义,孕妇与新生儿麻疹抗体阳性率、GMC差异无统计学意义。结论常德市麻疹抗体水平总体较高,为实现消除麻疹目标,建议对初、高中、大中专院校学生、育龄妇女、以及20~34岁成人等重点人群开展麻疹类疫苗接种,提高并维持全人群较高的麻疹抗体水平。
Objective To know the measles antibody levels among healthy population in Changde city and to evaluate the immunization status of measles vaccine, then to provide scientific basis for making immunization strategies and preventive measures. Methods A total of 1100 healthy people in Changde city were random selected to be detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Results The positive rate of measles antibody was 85.82% among healthy population in Changde city in 2014.The geometric mean Concentration(GMC) was 843.48 mlU/mL.There was significant difference in the positive rate and antibody GMC among different age groups (x2=361.17,F= 18.57 ;P〈0.05).There was no significant difference in the positive rate and GMC between the male and female measles antibodies.There was no significant difference between the positive rate of measles and GMC in pregnant women and the newborn.Conclusion The antibody level of measles in general is higher.In order to achieve the goal of measles elimination.measles vaccoination should he implemented in focus groups, like the junior middle school and college students, and women of childbearing age, and the age of Adults from 20 to 34.To enhance and sustain high measles antibody level in the whole population.
