摘要
目的分析在ICU重症患者的护理中实施优质护理的有效措施和护理效果。方法选取我院2014年6月~2015年7月收治的ICU重症患者80例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,观察组采用优质护理,对照组采用常规护理,比较分析2组护理效果与护理满意度。结果观察组护理总有效率为97.78%,对照组为77.5%;观察组护理满意度为100%,对照组为80%,差异均有统计学意义。结论在ICU重症患者的护理中予以优质护理服务,能有效提高护理效果。
Objective To analyze the effective measures and nursing effect of nursing care in the patients with severe ICU. Methods 80 patients with ICU in our hospital from June 2014 to July 2015 were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The observation group was treated with high quality nursing,the control group was treated with routine nursing,and the effect of 2 groups was analyzed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.78%,the control group was 77.5%,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 80%,the control group was 100%,the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Nursing care of patients with severe ICU to be high quality care,can effectively improve the nursing effect.
