摘要
目的探讨个体化健康教育在重症患者护理工作中的应用效果。方法100例重症住院患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例。在常规对症治疗基础上,观察组实施个体化健康教育,对照组常规健康教育,比较两组患者健康教育内容掌握情况和满意度。结果观察组健康教育内容掌握优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05或P〈0.01)。观察组总满意度84.O%(42/50),高于对照组的44.0%(22/50),差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论应用个体化健康教育有助于肿瘤重症患者掌握健康知识,自觉采纳健康行为和生活方式;加强了护患沟通,提高护理满意度。
Objective To evaluate the application of individualized health education for pa- tients with severe illness. Methods A total of 100 patients with malignant tumor were randomly divid- ed into observation group( n = 50) and control group (n = 50). Observation group recieved individual- ized healthy education and the control group was provided with conventional healthy education. The knowledge of healthy education and satisfaction to nursing between two groups were compared. Result Observation group was better knowledged by health education compared with the control group (P 〈 0.05, P 〈0.01). The satisfaction rate was 72.0 % (36/50) in observation group and 44.0 % ( 22/ 50) in control group, with a significant difference (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Individualized healthy education can potentially help patients in grasping related knowledge and adopting healthy behaviors, as well as strengthening the communication between nurses and patients.
