急性肾损伤患者NGAL、KIM-1与血肌酐的相关性 被引量:15

摘要 目的探讨急性肾损伤(AKI)患者病情发展中NGAL、KIM-1与血肌酐的相关性。方法通过观测不同严重程度AKI患者确诊后1周内SCr、pNGAL、uNGAL、uKIM-1和BUN水平,分析5项指标间的相关性。结果 1周内pNGAL、uNGAL、uKIM-1、BUN水平均与SCr呈正相关,相关系数(r)依次为pNGAL(0.992)>uKIM-1(0.985)>uNGAL(0.876)>BUN(0.756)。结论对于不同严重程度的AKI患者,pNGAL与uKIM-1水平能及时准确反映其肾功能的动态变化,uNGAL在中后期才能比较准确地反映AKI患者肾功能变化。
