摘要
对水平井环空化学封隔器(ACP)的材料组成、性能评价方法和应用现状等进行了综述,指出良好的ACP材料应同时具备高触变、高强度和易降解等特性。目前所用的ACP材料很难同时满足以上性能要求,且其评价方法尚无统一标准。现场应用中应结合油藏特点和施工要求,优化ACP材料的化学组成。
The material composition of horizontal well annular chemical packer （ ACP）, the method of evalua- ting its performance, and its application are summarized, and that ACP materials shall have high thixotropy, high strength, and the nature of being easily degradable all together is pointed out in this paper. The ACP materials used currently are very difficult to satisfy the above - mentioned performance requirements, and there is no agreed standard for evaluating its performance. The chemical composition of ACP materials shall be optimized by taking the characteristics of oil reservoir and the requirement of construction into consideration in field application.
