摘要
海上油田具有储层物性好、单井液量大和水平井水平段长等特点,水平井开发底水油藏时容易形成底水脊进,底水突破后含水迅速上升,出现水淹,造成产油量降低,严重影响油田开发效果。针对海上油田水平井控水难点和高含水特点,以室内实验研究为基础,以现场试验为手段,开展了新型控水技术研究与应用。结果表明,自适应控水技术具有“主动式”控水功能,无需找水,可实现全井段均衡控制,有针对性地抑制出水层位生产,促进产油段生产。自2017年以来,开展现场试验39井次,措施井平均单井日增油量45 m3,较措施前提高产量3.2倍,平均单井含水率降低19%;调整井平均单井日产油量200 m3,平均单井含水率45%,油井初始含水率、含水上升速度均远低于邻井,延长无水或低含水采油期1.5 a以上。
Offshore oilfields are characterized by good reservoir physical properties,large liquid volume per well,and long horizontal interval of horizontal wells.When the bottom-water reservoir is developed by the horizontal wells,it is easy to form water ridge.After the bottom water breakthrough,the water cut rises rapidly,resulting in water flooding and oil production decrease,which seriously affects the development effect of the oilfield.Aiming at the well-control difficulties and high-watercut characteristics of the horizontal well in the offshore oilfield,a new water-control technique was studied and applied based on the laboratory and field tests.The results show that this kind of adaptive water-control technique with“active”water-control function doesn’t need to find the water and can balance the uniform control within the whole interval,thus the production in the water-producing layer can be directly inhibited,and the production in the oil-producing layer can be enhanced.Since 2017,39 well-times have been engaged in the field test,the average single-well oil increment has reached 45 m/d for measure wells,3.2 times higher than that before the measure,and the average single-well watercut has been reduced by 19%.For adjusted wells,the average per-well oil production is 200 m/d,and the average per-well watercut reaches 45%.The initial water cut and the rise rate of water cut of the oil well are much lower than those of adjacent wells,and the production periods with water free or low watercut are prolonged for more than 1.5 years.
