摘要 以焊剂带约束熔化极电弧超窄间隙焊接方法为工艺背景,研制了以PIC16F877A为控制核心,集显示、检测、焊层高度调节、引弧与稳定焊接供电电路切换、焊接速度自动调节、焊接自动停止、焊接点自动定位等功能为一体的超窄间隙钢轨原位焊接控制系统。试验得出了应用于控制系统的焊接工艺参数规范,提高了焊接质量和效率,为自动焊接设备在实际工程中的应用打下了坚实的基础。 A control system of ultra-narrow gap rail welding was developed, which took ultra-narrow gap welding with arc-constricting flux strips as process background and PIC16F877A as the core controller. This system had the fimetion of display, detection, welding layer height adjustment, switching circuit of starting arc and stabilizing welding power supply, welding speed automatic adjustment, welding start-stop automatically and automatic positioning of welding point. The results show the specification of the welding parameters in control system is normative, which can improve the welding quality, and lay a solid foundation for automatic welding equipment in practical engineering.
