摘要
在焊剂带约束电弧超窄间隙焊接中,电弧和焊剂带相互作用直接影响焊接过程的稳定性及焊缝的成形。改变焊接电压和焊剂带厚度,在宽度为4 mm的Ⅰ形坡口进行超窄间隙焊接试验,分析焊缝横向剖面形貌。结果表明,当焊剂带的厚度大于0.566 mm时,配合合适的焊接电压,均可获得良好的焊缝形态。而较厚的焊剂带,可选择的焊接电压范围较宽。分析认为,提高焊接电压和增加焊剂带厚度,能提高电弧约束程度,进而可增加电弧对坡口侧壁根部的加热作用。
In the ultra-narrow gap welding,interaction between arc and flux strip has direct effects on the stability of the welding process and weld formation.By changing the flux strip thickness and arc voltage,a series of the ultra-narrow gap welding experiments were carried out, with I-groove width of 4 mm,and the cross sections of weld profile were analyzed.The results show that the weld profile will be good if the flux strip thickness exceeds 0.566 mm with appropriate arc voltage.The thicker flux strip can get the better weld profile,and the arc voltage can be selected in a wider range.It was indicated that constraint degree of arc can be improved by increasing the arc voltage and the flux strip thickness, and then heating effect of arc to the sidewall root can also be increased.
