摘要
通过对喷嘴锥形内孔加工工艺方法进行研究,阐述了锥形内孔加工的难点、解决途径,并介绍了锥度钻头以及自制锥孔刀具设计与刃磨,完成了喷嘴锥形内孔的加工。
Through the research of nozzle inner hole processing technology, this paper expounds the difficulties and solutions of the tapered inner hole machining, and introduces the design and grinding method of taper drill bits and homemade taper hole cutting tool, and completes the conical nozzle inner hole machining.
