摘要
人才危机是目前高职院校图书馆比较棘手的问题,严重阻碍了图书馆的发展。本文通过对高职院校人才危机现状的和产生原因的分析,提出了高职院校图书馆人才危机应对的策略。
Talent crisis has become a difficult problem for higher vocational college library,restricting the development of library.Based on the analysis of the current situation and its reasons of talent crisis in higher vocational college,this paper put forward some countermeasures.
