摘要
引导学生进行研究性学习,将正溴丁烷合成实验由常量改成半微量,优化工艺条件,确定了试剂用量,并研究了催化剂用量和加热时间等条件对反应产率的影响。改进后实验具有省试剂、少污染、快速、产率较高等优点。同时通过学生亲自参与半微量实验的改进,能很好地树立环保和节约意识,培养实事求是、严谨的科学态度。
The traditional synthesis of N-butyl bromide has been changed from normal quantity into semimicro quantity. Through optimization of process conditions, reagent dosage is determined, the in- fluence of conditions of catalyst amount and reflux time on the yield was studied. The modified experi- ment showed many merits, such as saving reagent, less pollution, fast, safe and high yield. At the same time, helping students establish the consciousness of environmental protection and conservation, and cultivate careful scientific attitude.
