摘要
制备1-溴丁烷是有机化学实验中的一个具有代表性的卤代烃合成实验。实验室制备正溴丁烷是用正丁醇与氢溴酸反应制备。探讨了1-溴丁烷制备回流装置、产品的提纯等方面的优化设计。多次实验结果证明了实验改进后的可行性和优越性。
