摘要
艺术类高校承担着为社会培养德艺兼备优秀人才的重要使命,德为先,艺为本。大学生利他行为是高校学生回馈社会行为的重要品德表现,以利他行为的培养作为艺术类高校德育工作的一个重要切入点,在推动德育工作,特别是提高德育实效性中起着不可替代的作用,对于当前全面建设小康社会也具有重大意义。文中就艺术类高校学生利他行为的现状及成因进行分析,探讨利他行为的德育功效,针对如何利用艺术类高校的利他行为培养增强艺术类高校德育工作的实效性做出了一些探索。
Art colleges take the important mission for the society to develop the excellent talents of both moral and artistry .Moral is for the first ,and art for the basic .Altruistic behavior of college students is an important moral character of the social behavior of college students .The cultivation of altruistic behavior is an important starting point for the moral education in art colleges .It plays an irreplaceable role in promoting moral education ,especially in improving the effectiveness of moral education .It also has great significance for the construction of a well‐off society .This paper analyzes the current situation and causes of altruistic behavior of students in art colleges ,discusses the moral education effect ,and makes some research on how to enhance the effectiveness of moral education in colleges .
