摘要
本论文利用海峡两岸水产品贸易的数据,考察了1995—2014年两岸水产品贸易价格变动特征及其成因。结果表明:(1)海峡两岸水产品贸易规模不断扩大,台湾对大陆市场的依赖程度要高于大陆对台湾市场的依赖程度。(2)大陆水产品对台出口价格要高于从台进口价格,且价格上升速度要快于从台进口。(3)大陆水产品对台出口总体平均价格的上升主要是由于各类产品的出口单价上升引起的,而从台进口价格单价的上升则主要由于进口水产品结构变化引起。(4)两岸渔业产业结构和需求的变化是两岸水产品价格波动的主要原因。最后,本文从两岸供求关系特点出发提出扩大ECFA早收清单的水产品范围、进一步吸引台商在大陆的直接投资等政策建议。
This paper analyzed trade price change and the factor in the period of 1995-2014. Four important conclusions are gotten：（1） the trade scale of aquatic product is expanding, the dependence of Taiwan to Chinese mainland is larger than the mainland to Taiwan;（2） the export price from the mainland to Taiwan is higher than import price, and the increasing of export price is faster than import price;（3） The total average price of the aquatic products mainland exported to Taiwan is mainly due to the rise of the export price of production species, but the change of aquatic product structure led to the rising of mainland imported price from Taiwan;（4） the main reason of trade price change of aquatic product between the two sides of the Taiwan Strain is the production changes and demand changes of two sides. At last, according to the Characteristics of supply-demand relationship between two sides, this paper also makes policy recommendations of cooperation between Chinese mainland and Taiwan in fisheries, such as increasing the aquatic products in product list under the early harvest in ECFA, further attracting Taiwan Residents FDI in the mainlang.
