摘要
福建卫生职业技术学院通过构建以医药卫生专业技能标准为核心内容的评价体系来引领人才培养模式改革与创新,带动教学内容与教学过程的重构,推动双师结构师资队伍建设,实现实训基地校企融合,保障实践教学效果,进一步优化了医药卫生人才培养过程,提升了人才培养质量。
By building the evaluation system with medicine and health professional skills as the core content,Fujian Health Vocational and Technical College guides the reform and innovation of talent training mode, promotes the reconstruction of teaching content and process, improves the construction of " double faculty" structure,realizes the integration of school, enterprise and training base, guarantees the practical teaching effect, further optimizes the training process of medical and health personnel, and as the result improves the quality of personnel training.
