摘要
本课题依据高校学生工作的职能分工,将演绎法和限定选项法相结合,整理出高校辅导员专业技能的8项范畴和48个指标。通过对全国111名专家和751名辅导员的调查发现,该指标体系得到调查对象的高度认可,只是在辅导员是否需要具备从事形势政策、就业指导等课程教学技能以及心理辅导技能等局部内容上还存在一定程度的争议。
According to the division of college student affairs' function, this program has sorted out eight areas and forty-eight indicators of college counselors' professional skills by the deductive method and limited options method. By way of investigations among 111 experts and 751 counselors nationwide, we have found that the indicator system has been highly recognized by consultation and investigation subjects. However, controversies still exit as to the counselors' repertoire in political situations, employment consultation, psychological consultation, etc.
