摘要
高尿酸血症的发病率在世界范围内呈逐年上升趋势,且其与代谢综合征密切相关,因此对高尿酸血症发病机制及药物治疗的研究日益增多。随着分子生物技术的快速发展和人们对高尿酸血症发病机制和遗传学的认识日益加深,新的治疗靶点不断被发现。本文对高尿酸血症的发病机制研究及药物治疗进行了综述。
The global incidence of hyperuricemia shows an increasing trend,and it is closely related to metabolic syndrome. Along with the rapid development of molecular biology technology and the understanding of the pathogenesis and genetics of hyperuricemia,new therapeutic targets have been found. This paper briefly reviewed the pathomechanism and medication of hyperuricemia.
