摘要
研究了碱激发剂中SiO2与Na2O含量对碱激发粉煤灰/矿渣复合体系凝结时间和抗压强度的影响,并采用扫描电镜对样品的微观形貌进行表征,研究结果表明:碱激发粉煤灰/矿渣的凝结时间在15-705 min总体而言,激发剂中Na2O含量越高(〉4%),样品的凝结时间越长;SiO2含量越高(〉2%),样品的凝结时间越短。激发剂中SiO2含量为4%,Na2O含量为6%时,样品抗压强度增幅最大。扫描电镜(SEM)结果表明,SiO2含量越高,材料结构越致密;当Na2O含量高于6%时,材料结构变松散。颗粒较细,比表面积较大的粉煤灰碱激发活性高,样品的抗压强度也越高。
The effect of SiO2 and Na2O content on the setting time and compressive strength of alkaliactivated fly ash/slag was investigated.The morphology of samples were examined by SEM.The results showed that the setting time of alkali-activated fly ash/slag was in the range of 15 min to 705 min.In general,samples with a higher Na2O content had a longer setting time.Samples with a higher SiO2 content had a shorter setting time.The best compressive strength was attained by using alkali activator with 4%SiO2 content and 6% Na2O content.SEM images showed that samples with higher SiO2 content had a denser microstructure; and when the Na2O content exceed 6%,the microstructure became loose.Fly ash with smaller particle size and lager surface area had a higher reactivity,and samples made by such fly ash showed higher strength.
