摘要
以安徽沿江城市带承接产业转移示范区快速建设为研究背景,分析研究皖江城市带承接产业转移示范区中的科技产业共性技术。从共性技术的公共产品特性角度,政府、企业以及其他组织急需出台系列优惠政策来鼓励支持共性技术研发,在技术研究产品推广过程中,需遵循市场竞争机制,使用激励政策来调动共性技术研发企业的供给积极性,从而使得企业可以适应技术环境的变化,并在变化中把握发展的机遇。
Based on the rapid construction of the demonstration area of Anhui along the Yangtze River in the industrial transfer demonstration zone ,The technology of industrial generic technology were analyzed to undertake industrial transfer demonstration zone in the zone of Wan jiang urban belt . According to the perspective of public product characteristics of common technology , a series of preferential policies should be laid dow n to to support the development of common technology by government ,enterprises and other organizations . In the process of technological research product promotion ,the market competition mechanism must be followed ,and the other incentive policies should be carried out to mobilize the enthusiasm of common technology research and development enterprises .So that enterprises can adapt to the change of technology environment ,and grasp the opportunities of development in the change .
